Dr Pepper is the World's Oldest Major Soft Drink.   The Dr. Pepper Company is the oldest major manufacturer of soft drink concentrates and syrups in the United States. It is America's unique flavor and was created, manufactured and sold beginning in 1885 in the Central Texas town of Waco.  Up until January 2012, Dublin Dr Pepper had been bottling their own version of Dr Pepper and distributing it within their local 5 country area.  After a lawsuit settlement with Dr Pepper Snapple Group, the bottling operations were ceased.

Dr Pepper is still made with Imperial Cane Sugar and bottled here in Temple, Texas.
