Haribo Gold Bear Gummi Bears

Invented in Germany back in the 1920's the gummy bear has been a family favorite candy for generations.  These soft gelatin based candies are soft, delicious and filled with fruit flavors.  This candy was inspired by trained dancing bears that were popular in street festivals in Germany at the time.  Dancing bears were sold at kiosks and were known to be an affordable priced treat for adults and children alike.

In 1967, the dancing bear candy became what we know today as the Haribo Gold-Bears in the golden package.
