Cadbury Crunchie Bars

The Cadbury Crunchie, imported from the UK, is dense honeycomb sponge candy covered in milk chocolate. Don't let the word sponge fool you though.  This sponge is harder and breaks apart into shards if smacked.  The honeycomb becomes more pronounced in the middle of the bar and is denser around the edges.  Its a bit heaver and denser than the Violet Crumble, but very similar.

The Crunchie was first created in 1929 by J.S. Fry and Sons before Cadbury merged with them and took up the rights.
