The big shindig will include entertainment by Body in Motion dancers, hamburgers, sandwiches, cupcakes, balloon art, bounce houses, children's games, a shaved ice food truck, horse drawn carriage rides and more. At 1 p.m. headlining band Emerald City Band of Plano will take the stage.
