Towne Club first started selling it's sodas back in the 1960's in the Detroit, Michigan area. Towne Club had it's own stores, called "pop centers" dotted around the area. Offering a wider variety of flavors than what could be found in the grocery stores at the time, they also offered a much less expensive alternative to Coke & Pepsi.
At it's peak, Towne Club's reach extended into Northern Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, New York & Florida.
